1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the ZestLink VPN mobile application, client software, and official website. Privacy practices of third-party websites or services are not covered by this policy. Please review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

This Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service together constitute the agreement between you and us. Matters not expressly covered herein shall be governed by applicable laws and our Terms of Service.

(E) Customer Support Information

When you use in-app online support, we may pass a user identifier (user_id) linked to your account to Intercom to identify your session and provide assistance. We do not pass browsing content or traffic data from within the VPN tunnel to Intercom.

You may request account deletion at any time within the app, which will delete personal data associated with your account.

Account password verification is required before deletion. Once completed, your account information, membership benefits, and related records will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

When you connect to our VPN, we establish an encrypted tunnel for you. Traffic inside the tunnel is not monitored, recorded, or stored, including:

Subscription plans include Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual options. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. You may also restore previously purchased items through your Apple account.
